This guy is a PURE example of knowing what he wants and what it takes to get there. I hear lots of ’ oh im going to work for disney/pixar/whatever studio ’ when I graudate and yes - people can! But most of the people who say this dont actually know what the studios look for or are really prepared for the amount of dedication it takes to get there. Drawing or animation cant just be a hobby, you have to LIVE by it - push yourself and learn. 

Take a look at his response to a question

“… I first visualized that I wanted to work at Disney I did a lot of research in trying to find out what I needed to do in order  to qualify, and once I found out I knew I had to be even better than that.  “

” … I would also research a particular era and I would listen to the music of that time to get a sense of what type of music that particular artist may have been listening to at that time.  I tried to envision myself trying to get back into the animation business but back in the old days when animation first started..”

Such a well thought out answer and so true. I’m so looking forward to following his career - its gonna be the bomb diggidy I tell you what.
